How To Cook Forbidden Black Rice
- Add 1 3/4 cups of water to 1 cup (200g) of Forbidden Black Rice. Salt to taste.
- Bring to boil over high heat. Cover, reduce to simmer covered for 20 - 30 minutes.
- Remove from heat and stand covered for 5 - 10 minutes and serve.
Note: Forbidden Black Rice is rice cooker friendly.
