Serving Suggestion:

1-2 capfuls (5-10ml) twice a day mixed with fruit / vegetable juice and taken with a meal. Can be used on food to replace sodium chloride (salt) as a flavour enhancer. 10ml delivers 290mg of elemental Magnesium. Refrigerate after opening.
